2 weeks ago IMO, this is out of scope of qBittorrent.
However, I am sure you can achieve the same effect via script. Just tell qBittorrent to run the script after a torrent has finished downloading. Tools->Options...->Downloads->Run external program->Run on torrent finished
Suggestion
Add an per file option to unpack when download is done
Use case
Perfect if you don't want to monitor the download process and let's the user leave and forget.
