WebUI: fix color scheme for iframes (v5_0_x) #21810

A backport of #21750 as a follow up to #21748.

Important notes:

  1. The original PR depends on changes from:

    21055

    21289

    21371

    They are not in 5.0 branch, so I cut them out. That would need to addressed in the future.

  2. A file removed in

    21185

    is still present in 5.0, so I modified it too.
