Request to add DHT node saving function #21818

Suggestion

Each time you start the program, you need to request the node IP from the DHT bootstrap. Some of these nodes have become invalid or are facing interference from the government or network operators (I only have two available here).I know that in version 5.0.0, DHT bootstrap can be set manually.

If you save some DHT nodes every time you close the program, you can reduce the dependence on DHT bootstrap.

DHT nodes will not fail completely in a few weeks

Use case

Each time you close the program, the first 1000 DHT IPs are saved for easy reading next time.
