Improve the speed icons in the status bar #21853

The speed icons in the status bar look weird. Whenever I look at them, there seems to be something off with them. The circle seems to have been stretched. Also, the gap between the needle and the circle is not big enough to be clearly visible (at least on my display):

Can that be fixed please? If you would like, I tried to recreate the icons with Inkscape:

Using black color will not look good in dark mode.

EDIT: Oh, my mistake. I was in a hurry and made a wrong assumption. Thank you @stalkerok
