Alternate Speed Limits indication in the system tray #227

For I have no programming skills whatsoever, I humbly request:

Option to change Notification Area icon color when using Alternate speed limits.
Display current speed limits in the Notification Area Tool Tip and the Title Bar.

This issue may be solved in release 3.2. Would recommend re-evaluation.

qBittorrent already indicates when alternate speed limits are in use in the lower right corner

But OP is talking about the tray icon.

Hmm, I understood it differently, thought that by "notification area" the OP meant the buttom notification icons (connection status, dht status, speed & limits indication). Perhaps OP meant indeed the "System tray" instead. I will assume so and reopen.
