Custom settings per Tracker

I would love to have the option to change certain settings per tracker.

For instance: if the torrent includes sampletracker.com, I want to disable DHT and PeX, and want to stop seeding after ratio 5.0, and I want to disable speed limit.

This is also a great feature because certain private trackers have specific requirements.

Private torrents automatically don't use DHT/PEX/LSD. However, apart from that case those settings are session wide and not per torrent. I'll leave this open for the rest of your examples, but since your request is very specific and advanced don't hold your breath on it being implemented quickly.

Seeding rules based on category (which could be based on tracker) would be great. That's the main reason I am still torn between qbittorrent and deluge or rtorrent.

I'd also like to have this feature - would be nice to be able to seed all Public ones until they're at 1.5 and all private ones indefinitely.

The existing Tags system would be a good tool to use here, one could assign ratio/seed/whatever preferences to a tag, and then apply a tag a torrent. One could also assign tags per category for auto tagging - think; someone has an item auto categorized as public tracker, and then whatever they have set up is applied via the tags for greatest flexibility.
