Left click-drag torrents to adjust priority

Currently left-click-dragging a torrent within qbt begins selecting multiple torrents.

My proposal:

1. Left-click-dragging a torrent under column 'Name' moves the download priority up or down the queue (e.g. when ordered by priority), while
2. Click dragging from any other column continues to select multiple torrents.

This would make it easier to reorder priorities when there is a large number of torrents in qbt.

I think the queue priority order column # may be more suitable than column Name for mapping the drag to adjust priority.

Another possibility could be a user preference setting to decide the default row dragging action, like whether it selects multiple rows (as currently) or reorders the selected one instead.

If nothing else, I'd even be okay if priority adjustment is enabled via right click dragging (instead of left). That will still easily beat using the toolbar or context menu for managing priorities in a big queue!
