better .torrent files handling

What I suggest to not let the client leave behind that many .torrent files:

change "copy .torrent files for finished downloads to" to "move .torrent files..."
when removing a torrent add an option to delete the .torrrent (keeping the files downloaded from the torrent)

I would like to vote up this request. Moving .torrent files allows for better organization of complete and incomplete torrents.

This feature is available on uT and is very helpful. Hope it makes it to qB.
