Download Manager #7609

Considering that qBittorrent already has support for downloading files via HTTP/HTTPS, as well as resuming downloads via that protocol, it seems a natural fit for qB to add in capability to act as a more generic download manager in addition to its main intent of BitTorrent downloads.

(Sorry about the non-labeling, if I'm supposed to do that myself: I can't find the option on the page.)

@Formedras Do you mean something like the file manager plugin for rutorrent, or more like aria2.

@zero77 I'm unfamiliar with either application that you're talking about. What I was thinking is something along the lines of Advanced Download Manager for Android. And I did find a pretty good multiplatform download manager, even if it doesn't make any attempt to register itself with the system like older managers like GetRight used to: JDownloader. It's not super-amazing, but it's definitely the best available for Windows that I've found, by far. All it really needs is a built-in web browser for CAPTCHAs. (Then again, it just now occured to me to check the Win10 Microsoft Store.)
