WebUI Per torrent share ratio setting #8714

Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

4.0.3 qbittorrent-nox Debian testing

If on linux, libtorrent and Qt version

libtorrent-rasterbar9/testing,unstable,now 1.1.5-1 amd64 [installed,automatic]

What is the problem

Per torrent share ratio setting is not available via the WebUI, only the QT UI.

What is the expected behavior

Same as QT

Steps to reproduce

Simply install qbitorrent-nox and use the built-in webui.

none.
