What about per-label based proxy settings? #8871

I want to use proxy on normal torrents, but on private trackers I can only use my own IP to download., also some proxy like Tor changes the IP address every 10 minutes so I can't use it with private trackers otherwise I'll get banned by tracker. So I need multiple proxies, and per-label based proxy settings would be best, maybe it can even work with RSS downloader.

You shouldn't be using Tor to torrent at all
