per torrent upload slots #9226

qBittorrent version and Operating System

qbit 4.1.1, Win 10 x64.

What is the problem

Per torrent upload slots and would be nice, if not too much trouble getting it done.

Extra info(if any)

Per torrent upload slots is useful in case of big/very big torrents, that would require more upload slots than others. In utorrent there's the Properties menu (either for one or for many or even all torents in one move)

A HIGH, Normal, low priority to proportionally give upload+download speed, upload slots, and max connections to torrents would be easier to change than manually setting upload slots for individual torrents.

Similarly, Seeding torrents don't need as many connections as Downloading torrents: https://github.com/qbittorrent/qBittorrent/issues/2193
