On cleaning Appdata\nova3\engines lost torrent history and search engines wont save

qBittorrent version and Operating System

What is the problem

Lost history of downloads on reopening after when cleaned folder of search plugins in Appdata\nova3\engines. Cleaned engines to add them manually by copying all in and also removed all content of folder including pycache folder and init.py Then no engines of autoupdate were also not there and on auto check they come but on close are gone and need to put again each time. Tryd putting files back from recycling bin and no luck- still all enginges dissapear and downloaded files history dont come back.

What is the expected behavior

To have it still

Steps to reproduce

In Appdata\nova3\engines. removed all content of folder including pycache folder and init.py . If was something more then that also.

Extra info(if any)

I dont see .torrent files. Maybe cuz i downloaded not torrent files but magnet links or cuz its portable version?

One time in BT_Backup files appeared, but on next closing they were lost and not coming back in that folder anymore.

Close qBittorrent. Remove Appdata\nova2 and Appdata\nova3 folders. Start qBittorrent.
