Memory Leak on 4.1.3 after latest Windows Updates

Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

qB 4.1.3 64bit on Win10, qB 4.1.3 32bit on Win7

If on linux, libtorrent and Qt version

What is the problem

Memory consumption until qB and/or Windows crashes

What is the expected behavior

(type here)

Steps to reproduce

start qB and wait ... memory leaks happened before occasionally after many days of uptime only but since the latest Windows updates it takes less than half a day.

Extra info(if any)

played around with Disk cache values, turned off OS cache, Guided read cache and coalesce reads/writes but does not seem to have any effect. Also tried a portable version - same thing.

Bad software firewalls can cause this, which means it might not be qBitTorrent's fault unless qbittorrent.exe itself is consuming the memory.

Op disappeared..

4.1 series of qBittorrent are no longer supported

If you experience this issue with qBittorrent 4.3.3 or later, please feel free to open a "New Issue"
