No module named 'rospkg.os_detect' #6

Ubuntu20.04 wget -c https://raw.githubusercontent.com/qboticslabs/ros_install_noetic/master/ros_install_noetic.sh && chmod +x ./ros_install_noetic.sh && ./ros_install_noetic.sh ####################################################
