Add a "Play this Search" functionality #300

Imagine you want to practice organs, and so you search "This Organ" in the database. It would be very helpful if you could also play the query, perhaps showing up as a button on the top of the results.

I really hope this is possible to do. This would be a very powerful feature - I would be more then willing to help with it, if needed (not sure how to start though.)
