Cleanup: unify target include directories #33

Crawling around the source tree, I note that target_firmware/magpie_fw_dev/target/inc/k2 and target_firmware/magpie_fw_dev/build/magpie_1_1/inc are basically cut-and-paste directory trees. Most of the differences are in whitespace and comments, and what real divergences there are are mostly of the form "magpie has these extra fields".

Would be nice to unify these and select the features based on PROJECT_{MAGPIE,K2} in the preprocessor.

yeah... there is lots of work. i just started to remove unused files. After this will be good to nuke dups
