Clean work: Nuke HAL. #37

Hallo Adrean,

i hope you have enough time :) This patch set will remove most part of HAL structure and remove some unused files. As side effect i discovered some unused variables insight of function parameters and some more dead code.

STA and AP modes was tested by me and Eugene. No new regressions was found. Size of firmware is not changed, and it is compatible with current FW version.

.. I don't get why Linux people hate the athhal* calls, but still use function pointers and abstractions that are effectively a HAL.

Other than that, great work tidying this stuff up!
