Fixes for reboot issues #38

Here some fixes of reboot issues. They will fix partially and for some hardware complete reboot and module reload issues. Some of problems can't be solved by firmware. This should be solved in kernel - this patches awaiting moderation too.

Hi Adrian, I have no more changes for this bug. Last workaround is needed for xhci hosts. To handle this kind of error more nicely, i would need some changes in htc. And some responses on "[RFC] HTC way of error handling."
