The license of the file /target_firmware/wlan/ah_osdep.h seems to contain a non-modification clause. If this is an error, the license should be corrected in order to reduce confusion.

Note that that license is listed in NOTICE.TXT.

The license was just modified: b568900f35cef12a8440a6a449474b00c1206a79. The non-modification clause was removed, but the license doesn't explicitly allow modification like the 3-clause BSD, which starts with

Redistribution and use in source and binary forms, with or without modification, are permitted

Additionally, the license needs to be fixed in NOTICE.TXT.

@erikarn, this issue can be closed. I home we cleaned all header for now.
