ah_osdep.h file contains wrong license #70

The file ah_osdep.h contains the "unmodified" license statement. I believe this is a mistake and that it was intended to change this to the same notice that is in the ah_osdep.c file.

This is a duplicate of Issue #45, and I believe the issue still exists because it doesn't explicitly allow modification. (Also NOTICE.TXT still has the old license).
