athurx.sys blue screen #74

I have a windows 7 machine and a VM Kali . In Kali lately in the terminal console freezes up when I issue a command. If I disconnect the Alfa 036NHA it will unfreeze. Is there a way to fix that without having to unplug it? The terminal will not run any commands unless I unplug it. Today after I closed my session on the VM , the device wanted to become available again but it crashed. This was the blue screen file athurx.sys
