Set up a jumbotron based site with navbar. Old iframes are commented out. Plenty of room for improvements, and plenty of room for newbies to get involved. Most everything is a direct copy from bs4 docs. Purposefully went with the alpha version to encourage refactoring if there are any breaking changes in the future.
