In the HMC, reordering the fields will be an overhead which cannot be neglected. This should all be done on the device and hence within QUDA.

[ ] implement translation between the tmLQCD gamma basis and DeGrand-Rossi (and/or UKQCD)
[ ] reordering for TXYZ -> XYZT fields within QUDA
