MacOSX cannot build on near-latest Mac and/or OS #1002

Error: Exit code: 2. Command failed: /usr/bin/perl /private/var/folders/5t/_1bmvv9s7f1gq3pqmj0hr_y00000gn/T/t-gDiyZY/1-dmgProperties.pl Can't locate Mac/Memory.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Mac::Memory module) Solutions seems to be either: use pkg over dmg or upgrade electron-builder.

Opting for upgrade to minimum electron-builder version needed (as potentially affects Windows build, code-signing). Upgrade works for Mac. Keeping open as reference for when trying other build runs / CI, etc Keeping estimate to minor->moderate in case issues with other builds and time needed to verify builds
