Hi @mrajerisonCerema Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to replicate the issue. I was able to install and run the application successfully on my version of Windows 10. I'm using the Windows Virtual Box download from: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/tools/vms/ and in this vm, the specs seem very similar to what you've provided:
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise Evaluation
OS Version: 10.0.17763 N/A Build 17763
Processor(s): 1 Processor(s) Installed.
[01]: Intel64 Family 6 Model 142 Stepping 10 GenuineIntel ~2400 Mhz
I followed these steps:
clicked on the Windows store app in the desktop,
found the app, DataCurator
Clicked on: Get/Install
The app installed successfully, and I was prompted to either "Launch" or "Pin to Start"
"Launch"ed the app, and found it opened successfully and I was able to interact with the application without error.
I'm wondering if perhaps there was a network issue for you at the time or some other resourcing issue on your system that meant the download/interaction was delayed?
For now as I haven't seen others reporting a similar issue, I'll mark this as "Unable to replicate". If the issue persists and you're able to provide perhaps other details or screenshots that you believe might provide more insight into the issue you're experiencing please post here.

Data Curator looks great.
But I can't manage to install it using the 1.2.5 exe file here : https://github.com/qcif/data-curator/releases/download/v1.2.5/DataCurator-Setup-1.2.5.exe
A window pops up : installing, but it closes afterwards. It does'nt seem to install anything.
Also, I went to the windows play store and clicked on "Get" but nothing happens
Here is my system information :
