It doesn't support .net core 3.0? #6

When send sms via this API my application throw "IFeatureCollection has been disposed" exception, before this, my application run at .net core 2.2 it works fine, but after upgraded to .net core 3.0, this exception occurred, this exception make the application crashed.

抱歉，我不知道怎么告诉你们升级一下版本，所以我公开了一份 .net standard 2.1 版本的源码，用于支持.netcore 3.0
