cant close or save files in nitrous #13

Open daveryan1952 opened 10 years ago

daveryan1952 commented 10 years ago

1)I can't close or save open files in my nitrous ide for the last 2 days. I click on the x by the file name in the tab, or the star, and nothing happens. I have restarted my nitrous virtual machine it has not resolved the problem.

What do I need to do to resolve this problem?

2)Are the email ID's of the students in the class posted somewhere in this github?

@daveryan1952 As far as closing and saving files, I'm wondering if your web browser got confused about something. Have you rebooted your system? If you're still having problems, it may be worth an email to support@nitrous.io to see if they have run into this before.

I don't think we've posted the email list anywhere here since this is a public repository, but Jim sent an email with the Rails 4 In Action book links a couple weeks ago - if you find that message, it has everyone's email address.

You only "consume" N2O when creating a box, so you will not run out of gas.

Dave,

I would try bypassing your web browsers cache to fix your nitrous.ioproblem. It should be Crtl + F5 while you are on the nitrous.io page. Here is a wikipedia link on how to bypass your cache: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Bypass_your_cache
