Task

Description The first screen, according to the wireframes discussed in #1, is a very simple page that shows a tutorial image with a button to go to the next screen:

Android needs images to be generated in a series of resolutions; we don't have the actual "tutorial image" ready to rock yet, so I'm going to create a placeholder.

this SO question provides some techniques to generate images at the various scales at once.

I'll use this Android asset studio tool for this round.
