After discussing with @kfogel we have identified a plan that involves two milestones:
Milestone 1: A full user flow with "hello world" dewarping and OCR, and generally-unstyled-but-still-thoughtful UX. This will serve as a starting point for improvement.
Milestone 2: A first pass on a real dewarping and OCR attempt (see Issue #2).
After these two milestones we can explore next steps (e.g. "work with a designer to make the UX look branded and nice" or "try to improve OCR results")
