Updated ReadMe.md (view description for information) #2

I have uploaded the Narrations to Google Drive as a compressed ZIP file, since I do not have the required permission to upload directly to this repository. Just extract and copy the existing file structure (folders) into ".../assets/Narrations/" . Link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1urnXw7TCPnzWS3lTEdGDP8PcD_7YaiZ2/view?usp=sharing

Extra lines will be removed from the ReadMe.md once the narration files are placed.

Please let me know if you have any problems with the link, files or anything else.

Thanks!!! I downloaded the Google Drive narrations and included working current conditions, radar, and 7day outlook. Only narrations used by weather API are included. I left out the forecasts because I haven't figured out how to go about implementing them. Also, it seems like we're missing too much for it to even sound right. In addition to the "High" and "Low" temperatures, winds, tags (ie. "Tonight", "Tomorrow"), chance of precipitation, and some conditions are missing which are in the vast majority of forecasts. Some of them would likely have nothing to say at all. I also changed the readme to reflect that. Thanks again!
