The TWC API will provide data that looks like it was used on an IntelliSTAR (because it IS being used on an intellistar, at least the data the api provides).
This commit will add the TWC icons and a documentation PDF on the usage of the API.
There may be some bugs that I have overlooked but I'm not aware.
