Fix sim_omni container due to NVIDIA key rotation #60

Related to #59.

The installer errors on building the sim_omni container due to NVIDIA's key rotation breaking the official Isaac Sim docker image.

We need to add some steps after to replace the outdated key with the new one.

Above commit is untested. Will test and release properly tomorrow.

You can try out the patch locally in the meantime via:

benchbot_install -b develop
