No pom.xml present in aidr-task-manager #4

It looks like the pom.xml for aidr-task-manager might have been left out on a push. I also checked the files that are available on the github repo and saw that it also wasn't there. Here's what I got on my end.

[ERROR] The goal you specified requires a project to execute but there is no POM in this directory (/vagrant_data/aidr-task-manager). Please verify you invoked Maven from the correct directory. -> [Help 1]
