New Classifer, not allowing multiple tags #44

Description: When adding a custom classifer, it does not allow multiple tags to be added

Steps to reproduce the issues Expected result: ability to add new tags Actual observed result: did not 'save', did not give a message advising that the tag was added or that there was an error. Tried to 'save' the whole classifer, thus got two classifiers
