I was told that "You have reached at your daily download limit. Please try tomorrow to download!" for the collection of "Kashmir unrest 2016" at my first time try to download the collection. Would you please tell me how to download the data.

"More specifically, collaborators can download the most recent 100,000 tweets (and also share the link with others). The 100K tweet limit is based on Twitter’s Terms of Service (ToS). If collaborators want all the tweets, Twitter’s ToS allows for sharing the TweetIDs for an unlimited number of tweets."
