Compilation with gcc 13.2.1 #14

Hi Molassembler does not compile with GCC 13.2.1 I needed to include <cstdint>in /molassembler/src/Molassembler/IO/BinaryHandler.h and /molassembler/src/Molassembler/IO/Base64.h
