H1~H(x) format the whole document even I select some part of the document #199

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select some Text in the document
2. Press any button from H1~
3. Whole document formated as <Hx>text ......</Hx>

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Selected Text should give the result

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest one

I have tested in in Chrome, all works fine..

Have you tested it in IE8? I am sorry that I did not mention the Browser name 
where I got the problem.
