FontSize increase/decrease does not work in IE7 or IE8 #200

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select text in the editor
2. Press the button for FontSize(+/-)
3. Text remains the same

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Selected Text will increase/decrease by font-size

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest one available in github.
OS:WinXP, Browser: IE8 /IE7

After studying your code, I have found that font size increase or decrease 
option are protected by the code.

It is protected by browsers (we are followers).
