公共模板的加速功能默认是启动的，但我服务器是国外的，被加速后完全连不上了，无法更新模板

我还以为就我连不上...我记得原来是可以自定义添加仓库地址和代理的.jsdelivr_cdn/jsdelivr_fastly/ghproxy/fastgit/全部试过去了...
