As you said, we can change hot keys but which application are you talking about it?

in the preference window you can set hotkeys for your scripts.

@mgolisch , You mean in my keyboard shortcut settings ? I think it's not a good idea because it won't change default hot keys of Mutate

no i mean inside the preferences of mutate. Like trigger mutate, type preferences
