HeC and Hixny Tests Not Run 4.17.2024 and 4.18.2024 #121

Tests shown as not run for HeC and Hixny yesterday.
Hixny is having trouble today with not seeing all tests in egress folder. They ran tests a little after 12 pm and only saw 5 tests picked up in 1 pm egress.

Hixny has the following egress output:

Each egress does have output and you can use diagnostics-fhir.xlsx to indicate success/failure from new business rules processing.

Some of the test in question are from 4/17/2024. When I looked in HeC egress earlier today the missing tests were not listed in diagnostics-fhir. Those sessionID folders are no longer available in the egress folder.

@ghoward9 when the QCS server gets a new release, the infrastructure deployment scripts remove previous files. For today there should only be egress folders from this afternoon since v0.15.1 was released at 12:01pm EDT.

Also @ghoward9 it might be worth trying the anomalous submissions through the "closed loop" server (qualifiedentity.org) to see if you notice anything different.

According to the Certification Engine Scorecard Viewer application, HeC and Hixny tests shown as running and passed so we'll close this ticket for now and then create new tickets after next iterations.
