Log into the K Network using social platform id's.

@hasghari think this has already been done to a degree. We'll want to add twitter. I'm taking that out of this milestone though

Currently we have no control over what platform to use for login purposes. The Khan Academy API provides the login interface for OAuth authorization.

@hasghari OAuth authorization can currently be done through Facebook and Google, cannot be done over twitter? This is really a non-issue, its a good to know.
