qed, where is that requirement coming from, can you elaborate?
So people don't break the system by inviting 100 people to get to level 85 in one session

@qed I understand what you mean by diminishing. Let's then start diminishing XP granted after 5 ratings in one session. So the 6th' rating you receive will be diminished to one quarter of points.
There must be a better way of aggregating, so if you help 10 people and they all give you 5 / 5 you get XP points for a group session or something.
The session XP and the user rating from other users that translates into an XP number will be visible to users in the front end
