The K Network reputation system

• A level system (overall progress) for teachers and learners and collaborators (peer to peer)
  • Determine how the level system / progress built inside of the k network works alongside of proficiency in a topic that's pulled from Khan Academy. An example is that an expert can have a rep of 7 wile a novice can have a teaching rating of 25
  • the reputation system includes +1's and -1's.
  • A system of bringing these people back after their interaction to collect feedback / give reputation to both sides. An example of this is:
  • post-interaction rating between students and teachers, multiple choice survey or just +1's
• localized leader boards (according to city, and proficiency level)
• A reputation badge system (longer term, time based achievements, your K Network resume of accompishments)

We've decided to implement an initial experience system as follows:

• Each session grants 10 XP for each user by default
  • User ratings will provide + 10 XP to + 50 XP per rating
