New Maintainer #263

Hey @ppd ,

I really do like the project and sent a reply on Debian bug post for a new maintainer. I've worked with C,C++ and quite a slew of other languages including HDLs. I'm currently working, slowly but ever surely, on an FPGA simulator, verifier similar to Quartus Prime and Model Sim but in one program. I'm interested in taking over as a maintainer and would like to know what you are expecting in those regards.

Thank you for getting back with me @scorpio810 ! I was wondering as there was an open issue on Debian. No worries then! If you do need help, would be glad to assist on updates or bug fixes.
