Language resets to French after first restart of program and won't change in settings #86

Language is English after fresh install, but when I close program and restart it, it always changes to French. However, if I managed to save project while in English GUI and I open that file, I get English properties names, but all menus and commands are still in French. When I go to settings to change language, it refuses to do anything. Tested with: QElectroTech-0.70_x86_64-win64+git5967-1 and QElectroTech-0.80-DEV_x86_64-win64+git6869-1 OS: Windows 10, language Eng, keyboard Fin Similar to issue #75

With version 0.100 (DEV) on Windows 11:

When launched in the following ways it uses the configured language:

by double-clicking a drawing file (.qet)
by double-clicking a user collection file (.elmt).
by double-clicking a user title-block file (.titleblock).
from the start-menu or search.

So it looks like this issue has been resolved.

Ensure you have installed the language pack - as perhaps this is necessary to get an English translation? We have reproduced this issue, and reinstalling (with the language packs enabled) seems to fix it!

I'm on Windows 10 and I have the same problem. The only fix is to literally keep reinstalling the application every time I want to use it. For me as a user this is not acceptable. The problem persists in all versions, including the ready to use ones (except there is no fix for those because you literally can't install them).
