Revitalize plugin #46

clean up class files, move side effects to main plugin file
modernize plugin meta: https://codex.wordpress.org/File_Header#Plugin_File_Header_Example
add static analysis
move mo generation to make-po.sh
move coding style to phpcs.xml.dist
remove empty functions (install and uninstall)
remove license block

I have to close the pull request as it was open for too long without any interaction and the plugin will be rebranded soon as well.
