Describe the bug The qweblibrary.org link on this repo goes to an "unsafe site" according to browsers

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://github.com/qentinelqi/qweb
  2. Click on "www.qweblibrary.org/" under "About"

Expected behavior Goes to a secure site.
