Fixes:

VerifyLinks default timeout changed, wrong format was used previously
Table keywords gave unhelpful error if UseTable was not used

New features:

Adds "enforced mode" to SetConfig SearchDirection
Adds "delay" kwarg support to WriteText
Added "partial_match" support to VerifyTable and Click Cell
